A perfect location for a family holiday

Very comfortable terraced villa in a gated and secluded area in S. Andrea, a location on the Southern coast of Sardinia.

Located only 50 metres away from a clear and shallow sea and a white sandy beach, it is a perfect rental for a family get-away and offers all comfort you’ll need during your stay: 2 comfortable rooms, one lounge with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, front and rear garden, plus a communal garden where children can enjoy unsupervised playtime.
Washing machine, Wi-fi and, oven and kitchen appliances are included. There is no dishwasher.

We include 2 bicycles for you to use in the area. But please be very careful! Drive on the correct side and pay attention to the car drivers and please do not leave them unsupervised.

The supermarket is close by (walking distance), as a few pizzerias and restaurants. Drugstore, hairdresser and farmer’s market are a 15 minutes walk away.

It is best to have  a car. But the area can also be reached by public transport from Cagiari’s train station.

It is strategically located for all those who want to explore the Southern part of Sardinia. Costa Rei, Villasimius, Stanta Margherita di Pula and Chia are can be reached in maximum one hour. The isle of St. Antioco, Piscinas and Oristano are a 2 hours drive away.

Cagliari, Sardinia’s main town, is only 30 minutes away. During the summer, it offers numerous cultural, musical and theatrical events.

Cagliari’s airport is 45 minutes away by car.
